The Waitlist Costume Booking option is to address high demand during peak seasons, we’ve introduced a waitlist option for customers seeking our services when regular listings are fully booked.

How the Waitlist Works:

Waitlisted requests are processed in order of receipt, provided the customer has:
Made a deposit
Is ready to proceed

Tip: If an available week is open, it’s best to book before resorting to the waitlist—this secures your production week. If regular bookings are full, this listing is your only option for a made-to-order costume.

Deposits & Early-Bird Bookings:

Deposits for waitlisted orders are higher, reflecting urgency and commitment to securing production space.
Early-Bird Bookings (available until March 31) offer discounted rates—book early to save!
Deposits remain non-refundable but will apply toward your final costume cost.

Availability & Flexibility:

While regularly booked costumes are en route for remote fittings, we often have time to provide additional services beyond our standard bookings.
