Our other domains that we currently use are contenderwear.com, lonasmith.com, lonasmithcreates.com It contains in part the namesake of our high-end costume brand name, our founder, and our business name.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Our contact forms are for people who want to be contacted.  So when you fill out our form with your name, email, phone, perhaps some other information, this is all saved until we contact you, which is usually within 72 hours.  If we do not hear back from you within a 30 day period, your information is deleted.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.  We use YouTube to upload many of our products in video format and are linked on some of our products.  Please refer to www.youtube.com for their separate privacy policies.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.


Who we share your data with

No one will know that you purchased anything from us except you, us, and the delivery service, and depending on your method of payment, entities such as PayPal will have data identifying you and the total paid, Zelle will have information as to a bank transaction. We accept cash, Zelle, and PayPal as methods of payment.  Since we use Google Analytics for site visitation, please see their separate privacy policy. We do not use Google Analytics in transactions.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Such data will be provided to you on an FTP site, in order to provide security of your extracted data, and you will need to log into the ftp site to view it, download it, and you will have the option to delete the file.   You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

Your account information is private to the extent of conducting business in getting you the products that you have requested and paid for.  It’s sole purpose after delivery is for our accounting purposes.  Outside of that, we do not use your information.  Separately, we do collect a subscription email for those that physically seek and opt-in for said subscription service, subscribers may opt out at any time.

How we protect your data

We use SSL for our Shoppe customers. However, your information pertaining to financial processing is done through a third party, PayPal.  We are confident in their services; please refer to their separate privacy policies.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We regularly download and backup our site; additionally, our host company has had excellent success in thwarting unlawful access for their small business clients, such as us.  For more information, please see www.inmotionhosting.com separate privacy policy. For locally stored backups, items are stored on a drive that is detached, and in a security monitored location.  Records from our backups are maintained for tax purposes as statutory laws dictate.

What third parties we receive data from

We regularly receive reporting of transactions placed through our third party transaction processor (PayPal).  This is for accounting purposes only. Please see PayPal’s separate privacy policies.  We also receive analytical information from Google.  Please see Google’s separate privacy policies.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We’re a small entity, we do not make automated decisions nor do we have the opportunity to do any type of profiling with our limited data.
