🛑 Important: If your timeline or needs change, keep us in the loop—your deposit may qualify to be carried over to the following year if applicable.

Important Booking Details:

If your preferred production month is unavailable, it’s fully booked—waitlist options may still be available.
Booking refers to production timing, not delivery, so schedule at least 4-6 weeks before your need-by date.
Floating waitlist appointments are handled during production downtime.
Remote fittings can take up to 10 days, allowing time for waitlist orders.

- Timeline & Measurements
Receive updates throughout the costume production process.
Fitting options are available remotely via video chat or in person for local customers.
Your costume will be shipped insured and stage-ready.

Agreement & Policies

Documentation: All agreements are recorded via text/DM to ensure accuracy. Any discussions held via phone, video chat, or in person will be recapped to maintain a record of any agreed-upon details or changes.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions: Before completing checkout, you will be required to confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms, with a direct link provided to our Terms Page.
Deposit Carry-Over Option: If you keep us informed of any unexpected situations, you may qualify to carry your deposit over to the following year.
Production & Booking: This deposit secures your production month, contributes to the cost of labor and materials, and guarantees a stage-ready custom costume tailored to your specifications.
Communication & Updates: You will be kept informed throughout the creation of your costume. We aim to conduct a fitting remotely via video chat or in person if you are local.
Final Shipment: Your costume will be shipped insured and stage-ready only after the final balance has been paid in full.

To reduce costs for group orders, standardized or averaged sizing is recommended whenever possible. A pattern charge applies for each size variation required.

Ready-Made Products in Our Store

Our available products are crafted in standardized general sizing, as listed on our chart, but also include custom measurements from past orders. If a costume was made outside of standard sizing, exact specifications will be provided in the product listing details.
